"This is the first time, i had a issue with my laptop down arrow key and i ordered through their online website and the parcel well reached within 10 working days all the way from US to UAE. thereafter i fixed it myself and the keys got fitted and works amazing.
Honestly i am so glad to have the key and got fixed myself or otherwise it would have costed me a lot if i gone through a service shop, as this is a new model laptop and keys replacement would gone expensive."
