it was horrible
"the customer service was ok but did not tell you you couldnt get the tickets until 4 days out from show but took the money out immediately. then sent me over to some kind of market scheme to spend more money. then found out there was suppose to be a pin # to check for deliever of tickets didnt get that got a tracking number that is no good till they ship tickets and I was emailed that they would send out 4 days before event. which is bull. If you take my money I want my tickets at least 2 weeks before show. I really feel like Ive been scammed but I leave judgement till the show. I know I want ever use ticketnetwork.com again"
