"I made an error on my items I was returning, TradeInSpot notified me of the change of reimbursement. Had they let me know why my reimbursement was less in the first email, it would have been better, BUT they answered my emails and satisfied my questions. I would definitely use TradeInSpot again. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service."
