Not overly eager to help
"As we were walking through the showroom, very few people said anything to us. When we were trying to find a place to buy our small items and asked where we could check out, everyone just looked at us and no one was really eager to help. They just sat there and looked at each other. Finally a man told the youngest employee to help us out, and she looked just as confused. Not the way you want your business to come across I assure you."
