Worst Customer Service
"I ordered an item from the website, but it didn't come as pictured and didn't fit how it should. I'd like to give the DDD team the benefit of the doubt although after hearing about others' experiences I believe it's a result of poorly made and poorly designed clothing. I request a return Note they ONLY do store credit and do not refund you any money. I sent it back via registered post so I know for certain it arrived and had to chase for the store credit. I was told to create an account as I purchased the item as a guest, and it should just show up on my account. This didn't occur and I am still chasing the store credit. I do not recommend their clothing at all."
