Apathetic customer service.
"Customer service is apathetic. I ordered hair with the company, paid an extra $21 dollars for shipping and my package arrived days late. They refused to refund me the cost of shipping or give me a store credit. I will be buying hair elsewhere since my business frequently requires overnight shipping h."
