From Bad to Worse..................
"Have not purchased from them for some time which is not good (only) because I had forgotten (why) I quit. There was no confirmation to my near $300 order (for days) which is where most of us then get the order number, etc. Since their e-mail contact only sent confirmation of (sending) my e-mail inquiry (but no response to inquiry) I had to call and all they have on their 'automated' system is a (maybe) response to the order number (I never got), therefore no response, NO customer service. Spoke to a order taker (finally) after (very curiously) 3 calls were inaudible and had to hang up. This order taker guy who sounded like a robot responded as such, "you will have to call customer service (only) open until 6:00 PM EST, bla blaa blaa ........." (Imagine such a 'job'!). (Of coarse) 'now' I remember. They were already on shaky ground long before Covid-19 and now most likely failing. Too bad, nice catalog, (looks like) worthy products,... BUT"!!! Wish I had checked out the newer reviews. ALL BAD !!!"

Why Fake?
"I have ordered these calendars for many years and the quality has been good (but) why FAKE the promo codes? Once again I tried to enter several different coupons from different websites (even brown trout) and NONE of them worked therefore I cut my order by 1/3."

'It Ain't Rocket Science'
"The web-site is a mess. I try to 're-order' and it automatically tries to multiply my purchase and you CAN'T fix it. The order process gets blocked by promo code adds that do not exist and you CAN'T move past it. When you check the 'economy shipping' you do not always get it and it charges the normal shipping price. I can NOT get a reply from 'customer service' (not sure they even have one). 'Inept or crooked' (?) not sure. Been this way quite a while so they probably don't care since have not fixed anything. Not feeling the need to return."

"My dissatisfaction rating is more with a previous order. I will likely no longer order large or heavy products from N.T. because the 'YRC' (or YCR?; do not care to remember their name) shipping method was a bad experience and was not told complete facts regarding shipment and unexpectedly had to travel a long distance to do the final 'shipping' myself as originally I was told the shipment would come right to my door.... WRONG!"
