Never again!
"For the 3rd year, I bought 3 leotards for my granddaughter for Christmas. She tried them on Christmas morning for a MINUTE. Two of them were too small so I paid to send them back for a larger size. They said they had an odor and refused to replace them. They sent them back to me. There was NO odor. My granddaughter had to give them away. I will NEVER AGAIN buy from these people."

"The item I ordered was received in the wrong color (ordered clear glass, got opaque glass). I had to contact DecorPrice at least 10 times to get this resolved. Different people gave me different responses. I had to keep creating new tickets because they would mark the previous one CLOSED. I had to submit a photo of the incorrect part two separate times to two different people. They kept telling me they were working with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. Finally, I got the replacement part in the mail. DecorPrice didn't even know the manufacturer had sent it. I would never order anything from them again."
