"I missed typed my dad's SS# when obtaining a EIN # for the family trust. I was notified by email I had made the error, so I called the Govsimplified 800 number and talk to Lisa. I explained my situation and she immediately seen where I made the error. She corrected the typo, contacted the department that was setting up the EIN number. I few minutes later she gave the EIN number over the phone and sent it to me by Email. She did a great job and was a real pleasure to deal with."
