Thank you Roman!
"A huge thank you to Roman from Fusion Home Theater Seating. I’ve been slowly putting together our home theater – first a projector, then a sound system. For my birthday this year, I decided it was time to get proper chairs. This is a major purchase for us, so we definitely wanted to sit in the chairs before buying them.
Since we live in NYC, it was only logical to reach out to Roman, whose showroom in NJ isn’t far from our house. To say that Roman was generous with his time would be an extreme understatement! He meticulously described to us all the bells and whistles of every one of his models, helping us narrow it down until we decided on the Legacy-1020.
The next question was configuration, as our room unfortunately don’t have as much width as we’d like. So even after our lengthy warehouse visit, I called Roman back to discuss chairs vs. sofa in terms of space and features, not to mention other questions about optional accessories, acoustics, white glove delivery, and more.
But no matter how indecisive we got, Roman continued to be patient and generous with his time, and most importantly, full of valuable advice. With his help, we finally settled on our order, only to find out that the precise configuration we wanted isn’t in stock. Roman went above and beyond to try to accommodate us based on his current inventory, but unfortunately the exact arrangement we need couldn’t be put together.
So we won’t be getting our delivery for another couple months, but based on Roman’s customer service until now, we have no doubt that his chairs will exceed our expectations, and I look forward to coming back here to post an update once we receive them.
