Misleading shipping.
"At checkout it indicated it would come via FedEx or ups, but was sent usps. Our community mailbox is damaged and everybody has to go to the Post office and stand in line to get their mail. I could have gotten this part anywhere, but I chose this company because they indicated that it would come via FedEx or ups. I contacted them and they refused to make good on it."

Dishonest company
"I purchased a clarinet mouthpiece for my wife and after the purchase had gone through, wwbw returned the money to my account and then charged me a higher overall price. I contacted them and they denied doing it and refused to change it. I had to contact my bank, who then refunded the overcharge to me. I have found them to be dishonest and will not be doing business with them again."
