Over due travel plans turned into reality
"For many years it has been our intention to visit Krakow Poland to visit the German prisoner of war camps Auschwitz & Birkenau.
we decided to try the services of Viator.com for the first time. This as always been one of many trips we have longed to book but was put off a little by the mixed reviews given on line etc. about the difficulty's of making your own way to the camps.
We were really pleased with the service we received with Viator.com. Booking was easy the pick up drivers were on time and arrived in well presented vehicles our driver/ guide was very informative about our visit to the camps and was there to guide us through the entire trip.
On the second day we visited the salt mines and once again was not disappointed with the service we received from Viator.com .A larger mini bus picked us up at our hotel and after a few pick ups of people on the way we were guided once again from start to finish with a very professional guide at the mine who was very informative of all aspects of the mine and not once was he asked a question he could not answer."
