"I'm extremely pleased with every aspect of the ALX system I purchased. From the beginning, I enjoyed reading about the system on the alienware website. The salesperson I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to configure the system on the website and placing the order was straight forward. The order tracking system worked perfectly and the system arrived ahead of schedule. The package was in perfect condition when it arrived. The system was packaged extremely well and it was joy plugging everything in and turning it on for the first time. I extremely impressed with the performance of the machine. I would recommend an ALX system to anyone interested in a high performance gaming machine."
