"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRIMOTRONIX! I'd give them negative stars if I could.
I placed an online order with them on 10/31/2012. 16 days later and still no item or shipping confirmation email. 1 half hour on hold call and they say they will email the tracking # when it ships in 2 days. Never happens. 2 more calls & 1 more hour on hold I finally get them to ship expedited. Order arrives after 20 days with missing parts and with wrong accessories. So while I write this, I'm now on hold once again to get an RA# to return the wrong part.
Simon says the warehouse will email me a tracking # on (Monday 3 days from now) for shipping the missing parts and that a return label for the wrong part will be included.
They have only a 7 day return policy!
I'm not holding my breath. I will not ever do business with them again if I can get this straightened out before Christmas.
11/27-On hold for more than 1 hour today trying to get a tracking number for the shipment of missing parts. "Roger"assured me that I would get it in an email today. Mind you, Roger, Charlie and Simon all sound exactly alike. Got an email alright. THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! I paid for these parts with the whole kit and did not get them. Had to file a dispute with my credit card. STAY FAR AWAY."
