"I ordered from this company, received the order and found it was short one of the ordered pieces. I emailed them and they very promptly corrected this by quickly shipping out the missing piece free of charge, with an extra included too."

"They charged my credit card for the order (cat tree) on 4/18/2008. As of today, 7/17/2008 I have not been able to get the product or a refund. They talked to me at first, and then, since 5/20/2008 have failed to respond to additional email and phone calls, with requests for a refund. I think they went out of business, but the web site is up and taking orders. Beware!"
