Bradley Smoker parts
"Wanted to buy a smoke generator for my smoker. The price was $149.99. The description said you would need a sensor that they didnt have in stock. Told them to email me when the sensors come in. Recieved an email two days later that the sensors where in but now when I tried buying the smoke generator it was $20 more and the sensor was double the price they were advertising two days before. Price gouging at such a sensitive time with the Corona virus is such a poor business practice. We should all stay away from businesses like this."

No receipt. Even if faulty no return.
"I had bought a kong collar off of ebay. When I got in touch with kong about my collar being faulty they told me I had to go thru Petco to get a replacement. No big deal. I thought. Petco not only wanted a picture of the faulty collar they said they would need a receipt for the original purchase. How many of you keep all your receipts for your dog purchases. So because I didn't have a receipt they didn't even want to email me back. I waited four days and two emails later to find out this is how Kong gets around backing their products. They put petco in charge of their returns. How much does it actually cost to always make sure the customer is always right. Glad I dont run my business like they run theirs. Stay away from petco and kong products. I know I will from now on."
