"Ordered Shaw Alto Plus LVP flooring. The customer service was great they replied timely to emails and answered all my questions about product and availability. Ordering was painless and my product was shipped and received when they said it would. Even over the Christmas Holiday. Took only 1 week to order and receive. Had my floors installed and they look amazing. Love the product and this was a great company to deal with."
