"Seeing as how I have been a customer service manager for years, I can greatly appreciate the amazing service that this company has given me on all 3 orders I have placed. I just recently purchased another Zeroshock sleeve for my new laptop. I didn't know how well the sleeve would fit my laptop so I emailed them to ask a quick question. Audrey responded back within a day, but she actually went to the warehouse and took a picture (without me asking for anything) of the same model laptop I have inside the new sleeve. This is beyond great customer service. The shipping was VERY fast and I couldn't be more pleased. The sleeves have held up wonderfully and I have no doubt that I will be ordering from them again. This company is great; if you have any doubts just email and have them prove it to you!!"
