Terrible customer service
"Ordered an item with personalization and paid extra money to have the item in hand within 1 week so I could use it as a gift. After 10 days and no communication from the company, I reached out and was told the item I ordered isn't eligible for priority/rush ordering. I would have never ordered the item if I was told that (should have never been allowed to purchase it with that shipping option). Customer service told me there was nothing they could do for me and stopped responding to my requests. Now I am stuck with a very expensive gift that is too late to use and I can't return. Would never recommend this company to anyone!"
