"When I ordered unfortunately it had some delays because they could only ship to my confirmed PayPal address (which HAS to be a P.O. Box, but it's cause i live in a very small town). So they couldn't ship it Overnight like I had paid. BUT they shipped it Canada Post Xppresspost instead, which should have also been overnight. It wasn't - unfortunately. And because of that, they refunded part of my shipping because I would have simply gone with Ground instead... So they made sure I was happy, made sure my order went out fast and communicated with me the whole way through."
