Terrible quality control and customer service
"Ordered a T-shirt and they didn't send the right size even though the packing slip had the right size. I contacted customer service to request a refund. Not very helpful and they took forever to give my refund even though it was clearly their fault. Once they finally received the returned shirt they sent me a mail saying they were going to reship even though I asked for a refund. I didn't get any response until I put my paypal payment in dispute. In this day in age one would expect a much better experience. I won't be ordering again from all posters."
