Return Process
"I submitted a return request on an unused remote control I purchased on April 7th, 2022 and as of today April 25th, 2022 ... no one has emailed me or called me in regards to my return request. I even put in a second return request and a tech support request on April 11th, 2022 ... still didn't receive a response. I submitted a return request because I upgraded to a Control 4 system. Very disappointed because I have a remote that is unused and my money is stuck because no one will respond to me."
