"I ordered an eVGA 7800 GTX because Dell was taking to long to fulfill my order. Dell informed me that the item was going to ship within hours so I contacted Monarch to cancel the order. I then had my bank call them to remove the authorization. Not once did Monarch inform my bank that the charge would go through anyway. So my bank removed the authorization but then the next day I see that I was still 500 bucks short. My bank called Monarch again and they said that the charges always go through immediately which was a lie because mine didnt. And then Monarch said that they would not process a refund for 3 to 5 business days. WTH? I placed the order on Sunday and cancelled the order the next morning practically at opening. Why did they not inform me or my bank of this? Poor business practices and customer information."
