Do no expect customer service
"I purchased sleepwear that I did not receive. Was shipped to another state. Called their "Customer Service". Was on hold for 44 minutes 38 seconds. Finally spoke with someone. They would not ship it out NDA at their expense, nor would they give me credit. Told me I would have to call back in 30 days. I explained that I was on hold for a very long time, they said they realize this, but that this is their policy. If I want credit, I will have to go through all of this again in 30 days. They are awful."
