Great Customer Service!
"Their customer service team is always extremely helpful and always has swift replies. I recently had a small issue with an item, which wasn’t a problem - i’ve had no issues in the past with them, and their stuff is always amazing quality, and super cute. Stuff happens! Their customer service team was just amazing when it came to helping me fix it! Quick replies & genuinely cared about my satisfaction as a customer. And of course, when ordering a replacement, I goofed and put the wrong address, and they emailed me within 2 hours of emailing and corrected my error. Symone, Laura, and Jennifer are all amazing customer service representatives, who were all so kind and compassionate. Which tends to be lacking in other companies these days! I always look forward to ordering from them again - their shipping is always quick, never comes damaged, and their tracking updated so frequently so someone like me - who stalks the location of their packages - is at ease. An amazing company, and a superb customer service department. If you’ve ever had doubts about ordering from them - i’d rethink that. Some of the best experiences every time without fail. Currently waiting on another order, and super excited for it come!"
