Selling used product as new
"I placed an order for a new trailer part but when it showed up in a damaged box that was way too small for the part and showed signs of being installed before I sent in the request for a return right away. This seller requires a waiting period to approve the returns. I had to take pictures of the damage to show them it was really damaged and had been installed before. I did get a the refund for the part but had to order it from another vendor because they could not replace it right away."
