Horrible Experience
"I recently bought 2 dresses from this site. One dress is great I need to alter it and it will be amazing. But the second one looked nothing like the picture it looks horrible on me and I wanted to return it. There is no way to return it without massive fees, and penalties, "returning it would incur high shipping fees and 15% of the item price will be charged for restocking fee (because of the re-inspection, sanitization, dry cleaning, storage management)". This quote is their first option: "We suggest taking the dress to a local tailor to make any necessary alterations to achieve a better fit. If you decide to keep the item to make alterations, or use it for another event, resell, or donate it, we would be happy to offer you a 13% discount on the item's price". Please pick a different Website I ended up with a gift card for 70% of the value on the website I am afraid to use. Best of luck and may the odds forever be in your favor."
