Worlds Best Customer Service Rep
"I was dreading making my service call because it was a convoluted story I had to tell. Instead, I connected with Tammy and she listened to my babble, looked up the order history, understood it immediately, knew exactly what to do and made my day as well. There aren't enough stars to give her here, I'd send her flowers but I think a nice fat raise would be more appropriate.
