"The employees at Shavonne are very easy to work with and my shipments always come in a timely manner. There is only one problem, they seem to be out of popular style rings for a year at a time and I could make a lot more sales if they could get back orders in within a month instead of 6 months to a year.
I sent an email about a bracelet received with lots of rhinestones missing, totally unable to sell and have never received a reply, I want to know if I need a return # I still don't know."
