"Jay Thompson was absolutely diligent in resolving the problems on my computer. His patience and persistence were commendable. I so appreciated the time and effort he put into trying to fix the many issues I had. He should get a raise for the work he did in not only resolving my problems, but in also selling me a new software. Thank you.
