"I ordered 2 sticks of RAM on 10/23/04 from EasyPBC. They sent me a confirmation email with this enclosed:
If you have any questions pertaining to your order, please feel free to contact us at ****@****. You can return to Easy PBC's web site located at http://www.easypbc.com/ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to check the status of your order, retrieve tracking information, or receive product support.
Almost two weeks later on 11/04/04, their website showed my order was still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. They had a sales number listed on their website, which when you call always reaches a voicemail box. Where they ask you to leave your name and number and they will get back to you. They never once, returned my calls. After about 5 or 6 emails, I received a return one that said they were sorry for the delay and would ship it out with an upgrade in shipping.
Another two weeks later I call again due to not receiving my package. Still never received a call back. So I pretty much gave up. Finally, my package shows on 12/2/04. A month and a half later."
