"Don't be fooled by Bag Madness's professional looking website. It is a one man show run by a rude and threatening person. I placed an order for 3 designer bags hoping to use them for gifts to my bridesmaids. I saw the other 4 bags on another site and thought I could get 7 bags from 2 different sites. It turns out that this company has a site on-line that doesn't work and I tried to order from it. I did not save the address for this site, I regret. I wanted at this point to cancel my order for the 3 bags but they refused to allow me to cancel my order for them and came up with the other 4 bags.
Because of a confusing bunch of shipment emails, I had no idea when it would be at my cross-border post box. I kept checking and after a long time the bags showed up. I opened the box only to find that one was broken. I wrote right away and told them about the broken bag and also about the fact that the UPS label said that it cost them 28.11 to ship my package. They calculated the total on my two orders not by the UPS cost but by their computer calculation of the total of 2 orders which was a whopping $65.00 which I was forced to pay. They did not reconsider when I complained that this was an overstated shipping cost. My email customer service history clearly posted on the site should have proven to them that I needed the match set for a reason and if one was broken, they were all unsuitable.
Due to a so called variety of return policy violations, the email that I got said that I couldn't return anything. I missed the deadline by a couple of days for even returning the broken one. I tried to call but learned to not expect any customer service on the phone. They don't answer it if you have a problem.
After some pleading by email with the unreasonable, miserable person to exchange them for something else, I gave up even trying to get any satisfaction from him/her. I am stuck with 6 frilly evening bags and one broken evening bag which are all totally useless to me.

I recently received some advertisment by email. I told them that their customer service needed much work and never to send me any more ads. He/She accused me of wanting to use the bags and then return them. How insulting!
Revisiting, I see many people are also having problems with this company. Please avoid buying here and save yourself some grief. They should be shut down!"
