Hassle!!!
"The dress was beautiful BUT that doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fit! I went by their sizing chart and measured to find my fit… and I sized up from my normal dress size that I purchase every where else. When I got the dress (in time for the special event) and tried it on, it wouldn’t even come close to zipping. Extremely small in the bust area for a normal size 12 and the dress size was a 14. It fit every where else. Spoke with a seamstress who said there is no way to fix that. Started the process to return, over two weeks ago and they said I could keep the dress and donate it and then they would give me 20% off my next dress?!?!?!?! So I replied, they could take the dress back and donate it and I could get my money back. They said they would have to clean the dress and restocking it would be 15%… that’s better than nothing right? So I agreed (after I spoke my thoughts) and then I got another email stating the same thing… carry it to someone to fix it, check-can’t be done! Keep the dress and receive a discount-no thanks, we discussed this… refund please! Still waiting! Oh and let’s not forget the emails where I had to send my measurements AND pictures of how it did not fit!!!!! If they had a store, yes I would go in and probably make a purchase but this online stuff! No Thanks!!!! 11/8 was when I started this process of trying to return this dress!!!"
