Part needed 3x original price after never receiving order
"I ordered a small part for my washing machine (~$30 for the part) that was listed as in stock in August 2023. I called twice and with some maneuvering was able to speak with a customer service agent and not the automated machine. Both times they said they send requests to the factory to ship my product. The customer service agents I spoke to were great and did their best to help me.
This week in January 2024 I got an email that my order was canceled for me. I checked their website again. The exact same part I ordered is still for sale and listed as in stock. Except the price of the part is now $97.78. Triple the price of what I ordered it for back in August."
