"I placed an order that was expected to arrive just before Christmas. The item never came, the tracking link from the order confirmation email showed no information, and I never received any order updates after the initial confirmation. I reached out to customer service with an inquiry. I did receive a response, but it said 'Your order was canceled'. I replied that they could have at least let me know and I asked what happened. I was given no extra info - just 'your order was canceled in error - sorry. Would you like to re-place the order?'
So I asked how much that would be and when would it be here. They replied that it would be the same price and they would ship it out in 5-7 business days. WTF? I've already waited 3 weeks, they could have at least offered to expedite the shipping. So nope - you're fired."
