I will report this to consumer protection and dispute this payment
the question is, would someone will go for all this hassle for lab coats? I thinks that's is where they try to cash the subject

"I got this Extreme Cruzor Contour SanDisk drive last week and made it password protected
Somehow it is not taking my password now (I am sure that the password is correct and it took it just 2 hours back)
It is also not allowing me to format the disk (that I never wanted in the first case)
On the sandisk website they mentioned that only way to take care of this issue is to return it
This is the second time that i got a drive from their site and it crashed right away. the questions is why are they selling devices that may not function properly. I had a trust that do fair business and don’t sell bad products
The thing is they credited my product last time at the cost of paying the reshipment price (5 dollars I had to pay in order to send the product of 15 dollars) in addition of wasting my time on the device and loosing data.......I am disappointed and will not recommend it
Update:
i was contacted by one of the customer services representatives who was polite and took care of return postage, sent me a present and replaced the USB drive
I am a tough to change person but to be honest i would change my recommendations to better ones and i would recommend this site for buying things and customer support if needed. they standby their products
