"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased one of their pumps in March of 2014 and didn't receive it until May. Then that pump didn't put out the head that was advertised. I reluctantly shipped it back and bought a bigger model. That model didn't work at all, so I sent it back too and got a replacement. That model didn't work either. So I requested a full refund. It's now April of 2015 and still have not received a dime back from them.
UPDATE: Silicon Solar has responded back to this post saying that the refund has been processed. That was 3 weeks ago, and I've seen absolutely nothing. This is the same kind of response that I have been getting for over a year now. They will say that they are sorry and a refund is on the way, but it doesn't happen."
