"I would discourage anyone from buying from Original Stitch. The so called "perfect fit guarantee" is worthless because their minimum allowance for changes is so large (4 inches in the chest or waist for example) that the shirt has to be way off in order to qualify for a free remake. There's also a big issue with the 2nd button stance. They place it far too high and don't offer the option to adjust unlike other mtm shirt vendors I've used. When I contacted support about these issues with my order, they were only willing to offer a discount on a new shirt rather than a refund or remake. They also said they couldn't do anything about the button stance issue. I ended up donating the shirt I bought from Original Stitch to Goodwill."
Never received order, customer service won't respond
"I placed an order for items on my sister's Christmas list on Nov 28, 2016. The package was shipped via Fedex SmartPost, and says that it made it to my town on Dec 3. USPS has no record of receiving the shipment, and Ann Taylor customer service won't tell me anything other than "We'll get back to you in a few days." Christmas is a week and half away, and customer service is blowing me off. It seems like the only option I'll be left with is to file a chargeback with the credit card company."
