"I was disturbed that after my tuneup my favorite puzzle games were disabled and my upgrade to the Real Player was also Disabled. The first tech was not succesful in restoring the games and my wife after 1 and 1-2 Hours discontinued the session. Icalled back and received a second level technician(Vishal Kolambe). He spent nearly two hours to correct the mistakes. I was very pleased with his effort. I wanted to be assured the my puzzle games would not be disabled during a cleaning and tuneup. He performed that process and the games and Real Player Plus remined intact Thanks to him.. I want to be assured in the future that Guru Aid Techs take care when cleaning and tuning my computer that they do not disable these(my favorite and unreplaceable) puzzle games. Thank You."
