"I purchase a Nook HD+ when there was a promotion that promised a $25 gift for me and my friend who made the referral. However, the gift cards were never sent out. I had to make numerous call to barnes and noble to claim my gift card, and ever time i was told to wait for 72 hours, and then no gift card was mailed. On my 5th call with barnes and noble now, still haven't got my gift card.
Will never make any purchase from barnes and noble again, and I would suggest anyone who doesn't want to deal with hassles to stay away from Barnes and Noble.
Definitely a disappointed customer."

"one of the worst reseller. Received a defective product, and had to wait on phone forever just to get a RMA number. Won't answer email and no chat option for return. Won't buy there again"

"Terrible seller with no communication. No response when I email them about my order status. Hold my fund for a week and eventually just cancel my order. I would suggest you stay away from this seller."
