"I opened an account with Stamps.com thinking it would be extremely convenient. Unfortunately, I supplied a 15-character username, and the software only allows you to type in fourteen.
So, I never got to even try my account. Their support personnel was not helpful at all, so the issue went unresolved until finally I was able to cancel my account... or at least I thought.
After my "free trial period" was up, I was charged $17.99. So, I called to cancel my account (again). After jumping through hoops for 30 minutes (listening to the advantages of an account I couldn't log into if I wanted), I was told my account was really cancelled this time. Oh, and I get charged a cancellation fee as a bonus.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I was a bit weary of DeepDiscountDVD due to their rating. But, I was willing to take a chance due to the very low price. And, I was pleasantly surprised. The expediting process took less than 48 hours, and I received the DVD's four days later. No problems whatsoever!"

"After I placed my order, I received contradictory notices from the company. One stated that my order was to be expedited within the next few days. One message was on my answering machine stating that my order couldn't be expedited until I called a representative. Once I called, the associate merely wanted to confirm that I didn't want the extended warranty. I had to tell the man three times that I didn't want the warranty, until I finally told him to cancel my order.
Two days later, I received an e-mail stating that my order was about to be shipped. I called Partspc.com, and they told me that they couldn't stop the shipment. After many failed attempts, I finally got a response from a representative who said that all charges to my credit card (including shipping and handling) would be refunded.
I have had the motherboard returned to them, and now I have received an e-mail saying that I have to sign an RMA agreement before I can get my refund. But if I sign the agreement, I am agreeing to not receive a refund on my shipping and handling, and I have to pay a 15% restocking fee. So, I just called Partspc.com, and the lady said that I would my charges would be refunded within the next few days. There seems to be no communication within this company.
I might also add that every time I call and ask for the two representatives that I have dealt with the most(Faizal and Jason), the lady will say, "Ok, hold on." After some muffled talking, she'll tell me that they're not there. Then, any time I ask her a question, I'll hear her quietly repeat my question to a man who will answer it. Seems fishy to me. Oh yeah, and no one at Partspc.com speaks English fluently.
The worst company (online or not) I have ever dealt with in my life!!!"
