Cancelled order without reason
"I am disgusted with HSN. I placed an order online for a tablet and the protection plan it gave me the option to flex pay so I entered all my banking information and then it sent me an email about an hour later to say that it was cancelled with no reason provided. I called customer service and they stated that they could not tell what the reason was and that eligibility is different for each customer. STOP GIVING THE OPTION IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE **** AS WELL."
