Terrible service at Superstition Mall area store
"I was in the store to get a spine put on a new book. I checked in at the kiosk and my wait time said 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked David the sales person how much longer I would have to wait to get my book bound.(mind you he saw the book in my hand while I was waiting). He said he couldn’t do that because he’d have to cut the spine. I said I knew that since I’ve had many book bound there. He then proceeded to tell me the machine that binds books has been broken for 4 months!!! So he co I’m uldn’t have told me that when he could see I had a book in my hand!!! I was shocked at his response and his lack of comprehension of my needs. I left the store disgusted and will not return. No wonder this change is having difficulties."
