"I ordered an inverter on 4/18. It came a week later, not with with the cables I also ordered with it. I tried calling and all I get is a recording saying their office is not open right now. The inverter is good, but so far, their customer service blows. I will NEVER do business with these clowns again. I wished I had stayed with www.theinverterstore.com I purchased a 2500 watt modified sine wave with jumper cables. Excellent service, excellent product. Nothing like these guys."
