Excellent PC
"Configuring the PC online was easy, with true customization for every component. Updates on the build, then testing, and then shipping schedules were always available. The PC was extremely well protected with expanding foam inside the case, along with layers of bubble-wrap outside the case with no chance of any damage in shipping. The PC was received in perfect condition and was shipped with all requested components and software. The whole experience from ordering to shipping was stress-free.
I would highly recommend AVA Direct to anyone in the market for a new, fully-customizable PC. I have had no issues whatsoever with my new PC since receiving it, and have no complaints whatsoever. It is truly a PC built with the highest customization and quality possible.
I would also highly recommend Acronis backup software, also offered as a purchase addition on the AVA website. I have used Acronis for years and it has saved me numerous times with my PC’s. So the first thing I did with my new PC once unboxed was a whole-system (all-drives) backup with Acronis, followed by additional (appended) backups any time I make any changes to the PC - be it new software, new hardware, or any configuration changes. I truly believe 99% of PC issues people have are software or configuration changes made by the user.
In summary, a 10 out of 10 overall experience with AVA Direct!"
