"I paid 45 dollars including shipping for a Hyperlite Galaxy S4 Bamboo Case (for a smartphone). It didn't even last three months. Whenever my son tried to take it off his phone, huge chunks of plastic broke off the side of the case. When I complained to Boardco.com, this was their reply:
"Thank you for your email! Unfortunately Phone Cases do not have a warranty from Hyperlite, since the case is designed to take the impact of a drop, or other damage instead of the phone. We would be more than happy to offer a discount on a new case if you are wanting to order another one. I apologize for the inconvenience of the case breaking."
In other words, they are selling a piece of garbage and refuse to support or replace it.
Do yourself a favor and buy a real case from a real company."
