100% Guarantee??
"Terrible. All I can say is that Steve's Blinds and their 100% guarantee is anything but that. They say that you can return for ANY reason. What they don't say is that the reason has to match one of theirs. As long as your issue is within what they say is their guarantee then you are fine. Their guarantee is actually maybe 75% guarantee. Never again.
Try Budget Blinds or Blinds.com as they guarantee every circumstance regardless of whose error."
