"I am VERY disappointed with cellphoneshop.net!!! I have placed many orders with them over the past year and never had an issue. Now, sadly, I am experiencing the very same thing as all these other reviewers!! Placed an order for cell phone batteries on Dec 3rd, for a xmas gift, and have yet to receive them!! I sent an email last week, no reply!! Today I called their customer service number, waited for 21 minutes to hear the same scripted BS that everyone else seems to have had the displeasure of experiencing!!! 'My issue is being escalated to the billing department and I will receive an email by Wednesday'. I'm holding my breath on that one!!!
What's worse is that I work customer service for a major cell phone service provider and I have recommended them to customers!!!! Never again!! Shop Amazon, at least they care about their customers!!!!"
