"I recently purchased a digital camera from wolf camera and it was the worse experience ever. First i tried to cancel my order but never received a response from them. 2 days later i received an email saying that my credit card was charged and my order shipped. Then when my order arrived the camera didnt work. It wouldnt charge, the charge light never came on. When i called wolf inquiring about returning this item they told me their return policy was 10 days and because it was over 10 days there was nothing they could do for me. I wasnt returning the item because i changed my mind. I was returning it because i received a defective item. I think in cases like mind where the fault was clearly theirs they should honor my return regardless of their 10 days return policy. Now i'm left with a broken camera, total cost 120.00. :-("
