"We ordered a very large new construction order a variety of pulls & knobs. Prices were slightly less than local home improvement stores, however, it was necessary to return and obtain credit for a set of 30 that had a damaged pull. The process was very slow and mishandled. It took countless emails and phone calls - finally to the manufacturer - for completion. The pulls we did keep were nice and as expected, but the overall hassle would keep me from recommending this site."
